There is a popular saying that goes, “actions speak louder than words.” We see that on display in this passage. Can you think of a time you knew the right you should do or said you would do, but did not follow through? If so, that would make us similar to the second son in the parable.
What we say does matter. But what we do in Jesus’ name matters as well. Our words and our actions need to bring honor and glory to God. Do yours? Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy. Matthew 21:28-31a 28 “What do you think? There was a man who had two sons. He went to the first and said, ‘Son, go and work today in the vineyard.’ 29 “‘I will not,’ he answered, but later he changed his mind and went. 30 “Then the father went to the other son and said the same thing. He answered, ‘I will, sir,’ but he did not go. 31 “Which of the two did what his father wanted?” “The first,” they answered. Today’s Reading: Matthew 21
