It makes me sad when I see people mocking God by trivializing Him. Paul writes in the book of Galatians that “God is not mocked. A man reaps what He sows.” In Psalm 95, we read about the result of God’s anger towards the Israelites.
Think about this, with the exception of Joshua and Caleb, no Israelite over the age of 20, entered the Promise Land because they did not believe they could enter the land after hearing the negative report given by ten of the twelve spies. Your faith is not a play thing. Reducing God to what you want Him to be is going to backfire. God is in firm control. We have no say in that matter. Live your life to honor Him. Live your life to honor Him!! Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy. Psalm 95:10-11 10 For forty years I was angry with that generation; I said, ‘They are a people whose hearts go astray, and they have not known my ways.’ 11 So I declared on oath in my anger, ‘They shall never enter my rest.’” Today’s Reading: Psalm 95-96
