God Knows

This passage is a reminder that God’s plans are intricate. He shares with Paul a portion of His plan and the next thing we know, there’s a plot that seems like it will thwart God’s plan. It does not!

God knows what’s going to happen. He knows what we need to do to stay in His will for our lives. We do not. This is why it is important that we remain in a close relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit. 

Staying connected to God will work in our favor. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy. 

Acts 23:11-13

11 The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.”

12 The next morning some Jews formed a conspiracy and bound themselves with an oath not to eat or drink until they had killed Paul.13 More than forty men were involved in this plot.
