To me, there is nothing more important than doing the right thing in the eyes of God. As a flawed human, I fall short far too often. But something I am grateful for is I know God considers our heart’s intent over our actions.
David’s sin was intentional, yet when he was confronted, he immediately, repented. He realized he had not pursued righteousness. God forgave him. How is your heart posture? What is your response to your shortcomings? I encourage you to take time to notice your decisions and the root of your desires. When they are not in line with what God wants for you, change them. Today’s Reading: Psalm 85
