Is His Name Majestic

God truly spoke to me today. My ODB devotional reading pointed me to the sovereignty of God and this Psalm pointed me to the sovereignty of God. 

Here’s what I learned. Is His name majestic? Yes! Do I live like that? My answer is “most of the time.” And that should not be. The correct answer must also be yes.

I have moments where I allow my flesh to get the best of my actions. I am in a fight to overcome that. I know God has me. I know God’s name is majestic in all the earth. I know God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than I could ask or think. Yet, I still allow my flesh to win battles that, in Christ, have already been won for Him. 

Do you do that as well? The answer is to keep trusting and keep fighting. God is with us. He’s more than enough. His name is majestic in all the earth. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy.

9 Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
