Love Is An Action

How often do you tell people you love them? How often do your actions tell people you love them? This is the end of the matter: God so loved the world that He gave!

If we follow God’s love in the Bible, we will see that His love is always in the form of action. Jesus said, “If you love me keep my commands.” Our love is manifested in obeying God.

As you go about your day, seek ways to put your love in action. This is how people will know that you belong to Christ. Let them see you love sacrificially. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy. 

1 John 3:16-18

16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.17 If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? 18 Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
