Pray Don't Worry

This passage is a reminder that God can move in the midst of your prayers. Trusting God means seeking Him always. Be careful not to worry while you pray. 

My mom used to say, “If you’re going to worry, don’t pray. But if you’re going to pray, don’t worry.” I think that’s great advice. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy.

10 While Samuel was sacrificing the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to engage Israel in battle. But that day the Lord thunderedwith loud thunder against the Philistines and threw them into such a panic that they were routed before the Israelites.
