That's Why I Trust Him

This passage reminds me of the bridge in the song Trust In God. The words are, “I sought the Lord and He heard and He answered.” As the bridge comes to a crescendo, the singer repeats those words and then says, “That’s why I trust Him!” Think about your life. How has God given you reason to trust Him?

For me, it’s moments like today. August 15 is Liberation Day in South Korea. It’s the day Korea was liberated from Japan at the end of WW2. It is a step on the path that led me to meet my wife on October 2, 1988. A little over forty-three years later. This level of detail is why we can trust in God. 

Cry out to Him. He will hear and He will answer. That’s why you can trust Him. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy.
