The Agape Fam
I have some friends whom I love dearly. We affectionately call our selves the Agape Fam. We pray for each other and contend for each other when the need arises. As I read this passage, they were my first thought. Paul had a great love for every church he planted and the ones he did not. His desire to love and pray for believers is a desire we should seek to emulate. Who do you contend for in prayer? How does knowing you have a group of people praying for you and for whom you can pray help you in your walk with Christ? If you are a “lone wolf” type Christian, I encourage you to seek Godly friendship. We were not created to live alone. In fact God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone.” Find your tribe, and watch how God will move in and through your life. Agape Fam—SHOUT OUT! Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy. 2 Thessalonians 1:3 3 We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing. Today’s Reading: 2 Thessalonians 1
