The Best Way

Christians are always looking for the “best way” to follow Christ. It’s as if they think there are numerous ways and they have to find the one that suits them best. 

This is a mistake. There is no need to search for a “best way” because the Bible teaches us how to follow the Lord in all our ways. 

If you want to walk right with the Lord, open your Bible daily, read it with an intention to know God, then do what it says. Do this because it is the “best way.” Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy. 

Proverbs 4:23-27

23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. 24 Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. 26 Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. 27 Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.
