Who are the AGAPE LEADERS?

Agape Leaders is a group of speakers that want to provide you with leadership development, confidence and compassion to grow as a church, organization or an individual.

AL was started on August 1, 2017.

what made you start agape leaders?

The idea was conceived around 2012 when I realized that there is a need for leadership development in youth ministries in the Church. Far too many Youth Pastors are wholly ill-equipped for the job they are doing. That is coupled with the fact that the local church puts almost no money into leadership development. 

What motivates you to do these seminars? what is your passion?

Our youth need to be mentored by Youth Pastors who are confident and prepared to guide teens through the most confusing part of their life. Agape Leaders is the organization designed specifically for Youth Pastor Leadership Development. My passion stems from my experience as a Youth Pastor and having to figure too much of the ministry on my own. Books are helpful, but getting the opportunity to speak to other Youth Pastors and learning the “tricks of the trade” was most beneficial. ​

What do you want your audiences to be able to do after attending your workshops?

After attending an Agape Leaders workshop, I want attendees to have more self-confidence and self-awareness. They will be given the opportunity to have new tools designed to help them with the “dreaded teen years.”

What is word wednesday?

Word Wednesday is my attempt at giving listeners a thought provoking, Christ-centered message designed to help them grow spiritually. Word Wednesday is for everyone. If a person does not know Jesus Christ, Word Wednesday is for them. It gives them short spurts of meaningful scripture spoken in “everyday” terms. For the Christian, Word Wednesday provides tools to help with their witness. I do Word Wednesday in order to reach more people than I could normally reach on a daily basis. Word Wednesday has no limit to its reach, I do; for now

What kind of workshops do you offer?

The Agape Leadership Workshops consists of several workshops which are designed to better equip leaders, students or anybody that wants to grow in leadership. Workshops will be tailored to best fit the wants and schedule of a church, school or organization. We are able to provide a one day workshop, a weekend workshop, a five day workshop or we can customize a leadership workshop that best fits your needs and capabilities.
