Keep Learning

Keep Learning

In 2000, God opened a door for me to preach the English service at a Korean church. Each Sunday, at the end of the service, the Korean Pastor who was responsible for the English speaking gathering would say this Doxology. At the time, I did not realize it was a quote from the Bible.

As I’ve grown in my faith and in my knowledge of scripture, there’s one thing I know for a fact. We must all commit to keep learning. There will never be a time on this side of heaven when we know it all.

The Bible teaches us that God’s word is alive. We can read the same passage twenty times and the Lord can teach us twenty things, if we are open to learning.

Be careful so you will not get to a place that you know so much that God has nothing left to teach you. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy.

2 Corinthians 13:14

14 May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
