Focus On God In Difficult Times

Far too often, Christians experience life’s struggles and they give up on God. They wonder how a loving God could allow them to be in such pain. When I see that, I am positive of one thing, they do not read their Bible.

Multiple times in the Bible we are warned that we WILL have struggles. Yet, when those struggles come, people act like they should have been spared this difficulty. They have a “Why Me” attitude. If this is you, stop that!

Read your Bible daily so you may better understand the love of God and how to walk in a right relationship with Him. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. But if you never dig into the Bible to get to know God for yourself, the devil is going to make light work of you. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy.

Ephesians 6:10-13

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
