I love this passage. The focus is the love of someone other than ourselves. Paul is talking about a man, presumably from Philippi. The man was ill, but had gotten better. Paul shares how bad he felt for the man. This is the type of care we should have for people. This is the type of care Jesus had for us. Here’s today’s Bible verse. Enjoy.
